Terms & Conditions of PHIR Shiksha

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on PHIR Shiksha, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you must have verifiable parental consent to use this platform.

2. Limited Usage License

  • Non-Transferable: Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to view the course content.
  • No Ownership: You are buying “access,” not “ownership.” All intellectual property remains with PHIR Shiksha.
  • One Account, One User: Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

  • Content Protection: All videos, text, and graphics are protected by copyright law.
  • Prohibited Acts: You may not record, download (unless a download button is provided), reproduce, or redistribute any part of our courses.
  • Technical Monitoring: We use Dynamic Watermarking and DRM to track unauthorized distribution. If your unique ID is found on pirated sites, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

4. Payments, Taxes & Invoicing

  • GST: All prices are inclusive of 18% GST (unless stated otherwise).
  • Invoicing: A GST-compliant invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email upon successful transaction.

5. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds are only eligible if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed/viewed.
  • Bundled courses or promotional offers are non-refundable.

6. Synthetic Media (AI Disclosure)

In compliance with IT Rules 2026, users acknowledge that certain course materials (including voiceovers, avatars, or summaries) may be synthetically generated or AI-assisted. Such content will be clearly labeled as such within the LMS.

7. Data Privacy (DPDP Act 2026)

We process your personal data strictly for educational and administrative purposes. You have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of your data at any time via your profile settings.

8. Termination of Access

PHIR Shiksha reserves the right to terminate your access immediately if:

  • You violate any part of these Terms.
  • You engage in “Dark Patterns” or attempt to scrape data from our servers.
  • You use the community forums for spam or harassment.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive for 100% uptime, but we are not liable for temporary technical outages or for the specific career success of a student. Education is a collaborative effort; results depend on individual performance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, Indore.
