Refund & Cancellation Policy: PHIR SHIKSHA

At PHIR Shiksha, we strive to provide high-quality educational content. Because our courses are digital products delivered instantly via our LMS, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. CANCELLATION OF ENROLLMENT

  • Self-Paced Courses: Once a purchase is confirmed and access to the LMS is granted, the enrollment cannot be “cancelled” in the traditional sense, as the digital assets are made available to the user immediately.
  • Live Batches/Workshops: If you have enrolled in a Live Batch, you may request a cancellation up to 24 hours before the first scheduled session. A processing fee of ₹500 or 5% of the course fee (whichever is higher) will be deducted.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY (THE “48-HOUR/10% RULE”)

We offer a limited refund window to ensure student satisfaction while preventing the misuse of our intellectual property.

  • Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase timestamp.
  • Content Consumption Limit: To be eligible for a refund, the student must not have:
    1. Watched more than 10% of the total course videos.
    2. Downloaded any PDF notes, resources, or certificates.
    3. Attempted any graded quizzes or assignments.
  • Technical Issues: If a student cannot access the course due to a technical fault on the PHIR Shiksha platform (verified by our technical team) that remains unresolved for more than 72 hours, a full refund will be processed.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

No refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 48-hour window.
  • Courses purchased during a Flash Sale, Promotion, or using a Discount Code.
  • If the user’s account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing or piracy).
  • Failure of the student to understand the course language or prerequisites (which are clearly mentioned on the course landing page).

4. REFUND PROCESS

  • How to Apply: Send an email to support@phirshiksha.com with the subject: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”. You must include a valid reason for the refund.
  • Verification: Our team will review your LMS activity logs. This process typically takes 3–5 working days.
  • Payout: Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 7–10 working days, as per the guidelines of our payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay/Cashfree).

5. CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized chargebacks or “friendly fraud” attempts will result in the immediate and permanent banning of the user from the PHIR Shiksha platform. We reserve the right to present our LMS access logs as evidence to the relevant bank or payment aggregator.
